Lung Transplant
AlloMap Lung Transplant Testing for Lung Transplant Patients
We are applying our experience developing a test for aiding in heart transplant management, to the development of a test for aiding in lung transplant management through our Lung Allograft Rejection Gene Expression Observation (LARGO) study. LARGO is a multi-national, multi-center, observational study designed to collect blood samples and clinical data from lung transplant recipients that will enable the development of a gene-expression test. A key goal of the project is to use gene expression profiling to differentiate between the absence and presence of lung allograft acute cellular rejection to develop a non-invasive clinical tool to aid in post transplant patient management.
