How to Order Supplies
To order AlloMap sample processing supplies, you can either call or email XDx Customer Service:
- Call 1-888-ALLOMAP (1-888-255-6627)
Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM (Pacific Time)
Saturday, 8 AM to 3 PM (Pacific Time)

Please allow at least a 2 week lead time for replenishing supplies. If you need items more urgently, please notify the Customer Service Representative.
Supplies Required for Processing Samples for AlloMap Testing
The following supplies are provided by XDx to your laboratory for AlloMap sample processing. There is no charge for ordering these items.
- AlloMap Sample Processing Reagents 10-pack
Each AlloMap Sample Processing Reagent Pack includes:- 10 tubes with 5.0 ml phosphate buffered saline (PBS)
- 10 tubes with 1.8 ml LyseDx™ Lysing Reagent
- 10 disposable transfer pipettes
- Instructions for preparing samples for XDx
- 8.0 ml BD Vacutainer® CPT™ Cell Preparation Tubes with Sodium Citrate (60/case)
- XDx Shippers
Includes:- 1 Aqui-Pak 6 bay absorbent pouch
- 1 95 kPa Specimen Transport Bag
- 1 insulated cooler that can hold up to 12 specimens
- 1 outer shipping box
- 1 List of Contents card
- 1 plastic bag for AlloMap Test Requisition Forms
- 1 dry ice label to complete and affix to the box exterior
- Airbills and labels for FedEx shipping

The XDx Reference Laboratory supplies a centrifuge to be used for preparing blood samples for AlloMap testing - the IEC Centra model CL2.
